DockerHub is a tool that acts on servers you control, using credentials you supply. These terms cover what that means for both of us.

What you are agreeing to

By using DockerHub you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. DockerHub is published by Elite Performance Exclusive.

The app acts on your servers

DockerHub connects to servers you nominate, using credentials you provide, and performs the actions you ask it to. Some of those actions are destructive: stopping, killing and removing containers, and deleting images and volumes.

Those actions are carried out on your instruction, against your own infrastructure, and they are as permanent as the equivalent command typed into a terminal. You are responsible for what you ask the app to do and for having backups of anything you cannot lose.

Subscription

DockerHub is free for one server. A subscription connects an unlimited number.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account and renew automatically until cancelled. The price, the renewal period and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy, and cancellation is managed in Settings on your device rather than here. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.

Refunds are handled by Apple under their own policy; we cannot issue them directly.

What we do not promise

DockerHub is provided as is. It reads and reports what your Docker daemon tells it, and while it is built to say plainly when it does not know something rather than guess, it cannot guarantee that a reading is complete or that an alert will always arrive — a phone may be offline, a server unreachable, or a notification delayed by the operating system.

Do not rely on DockerHub as the only monitoring for something where a missed alert would be costly.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Elite Performance Exclusive is not liable for loss of data, loss of profit, or downtime arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited.

Your credentials

You are responsible for the credentials you enter and for having the right to access the servers you connect to. Passwords and keys are held in your device keychain and sent only to the server you are connecting to — see the Privacy Policy for detail.

Changes

These terms may change as the app does. The date at the top changes with them, and a change that affects what you are agreeing to will be called out in the release notes.
